Iowa, in 1953 and graduated from Wall Lake High School and Iowa State University.\u00a0 Upon his graduation from ISU in 1975, he was commissioned in the United State Army through the ROTC program.\u00a0 He received his law degree from the Drake University School of Law in 1978 and thereafter attended the Army Staff Judge Advocate School at the University of Virginia where he graduated in 1978.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d5d94b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d5d94b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After completing his military commitment as a Staff Judge Advocate at Fort Hood, Texas, Bruce was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and his honorable discharge.\u00a0 He joined Alan Vest and Kirby Vest in May of 1981. \u00a0The name of the firm was changed to Vest and Becker Law Firm.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b86464 elementor-widget Preeminent\u201d rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating that can be achieved by an attorney for both legal ability and ethical conduct.\u00a0 He has also been recognized in the
